The Nail Challenge Collaborative presents: Jewelry - Mate Amargo floral pendant

Hi all!

Another jewelry inspired mani. Remember my leaf earrings? Today I have a mani inspired by my latest Mate Amargo Joyería acquisition. I still need matching earrings, which are what I'll buy next year when I see this artist at one of the fantasy fairs again.

 Polishes:

• ILNP - Blue Steel
• Sinful Colors - 101 Snow Me White
• Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward

Base: 2 coats of Blue Steel, lovely holo. Photo above is in indirect light. With my nail art brush I added the floral pattern. Ended with top coat.

And of course, my inspiration, a necklace. Colours are totally different obviously. The artist uses a super fine saw to cut out the pattern. I love the detail on the back, his logo and a single petal. I own a similar pendant which is a lot bigger than this one and a different pattern that has something similar.

The Nail Challenge Collaborative presents: Jewelry - Purple circuit board

Hi all!

I've been a terrible slacker and August flew past. So... for this month's NCC theme we're doing jewelry inspired manis. Years ago I bought some purple circuit board earrings in London, at Camden Market. This guy had all sorts of jewelry made of circuit boards, keyboard keys and whatnot. Fun stuff.

Polishes:

• Catrice - 62 Must-Have STEELetto
• Lucky 13 Lacquer - Dark Matter
• Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward

I also used a Born Pretty Store stamping plate, BP-L009 which you can buy here.

I'm wearing two coats of Must-Have STEELetto as a base. It's not purple like the earrings, but who cares? It is a lovely metallic, not very streaky. Stamped it with Dark Matter. Ended with Elemental Ward.

And of course, my earrings.
