OMD3 - Day 13 - Book

Hi all!

Today: Book. I wanted to play with some new neons, so after a Google search on neon book, I found this book cover.

Polishes:

• Sinful Colors - 101 Snow Me White
• El Corazón - Matte Effect - 144 neon
• El Corazón - Matte Effect - 145 neon
• El Corazón - Matte Effect - 141 neon
• Lucky 13 Lacquer - Dark Matter
• Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward

Base: 2 coats of Snow Me White. Layer of top coat. Added some striping tape and then my neons. Added more neon and black free hand. Top coat.
