26 Great Nail Art Ideas - Halloween with negative space

Hi all!

Today's prompt is Halloween with negative space, a.k.a. showing some bare nail. Now normally I dislike seeing bare nail, but I did love these nails!

Polishes:
  • Lucky 13 Lacquer - Stone of Reality
  • Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward

Base: base coat and one layer of Elemental Ward. I used Whats Up Nails dripping nail vinyls to cover the top part of my nails and then sponged on Stone of Reality. I added more Elemental Ward to smooth it all out.

Aren't bloody dripping nails much better when the blood is glitter?

As a fun fact, Stone of Reality is glow in the dark, so you can be spooky with these nails as well!

Love, Brethil

Nail Challenge Collaborative presents: Autumn - Plaid

Hi all!

How is October already on it's last week? Time's been flying too fast, hence my forgetting to actually post Autumn mani's for NCC.

Polishes:
  • Polish My Life - Berry Flambé
  • Polish My Life - Fine As Wine
  • Polish My Life - Dusty Roses
  • Essence - 44 on air!
  • Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward

Base: 2 coats of Berry Flambé. Using the other 3 polishes I added stripes to form an easy plaid pattern. Topped with Elemental Ward.

Berry Flambé is such a stunning polish, all those little flecks make it so lovely.

Do you wear plaid in autumn?

Love Brethil

26 Great Nail Art Ideas - Friday 13th

Hi all!

26 Great Nail Art Ideas is back! We've got a year of new prompts ahead of us. If you'd like to join, please join us in our Facebook group! Obviously, today's prompt is Friday 13th!

Polishes:
  • Polish My Life - Storm Clouds
  • Catrice - 18 Beetlejuice
  • Kaleidoscope - Stamping 22 silver
  • Kaleidoscope - Stamping 13 true red
  • Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward

I also used two Bundle Monster stamping plates, BM-608 and BM-613.

Base: 1 coat of Storm Clouds. I added some blobs of Storm Clouds and Beetlejuice on a plastic bag and stamped them into a marble, which I transferred to my nails. Next I used the silver stamping polish to stamp the broken mirror image onto my nails. With true red I stamped the bloody claw marks. Finally a coat of Elemental Ward.

Hope you have a lovely spooky day!

Love, Brethil
