Oh Mon Dieu Part Deux - Mint & Tri Polish Tuesday - July - Roses

Hi all!

Today is the first prompt in the OMD2 challenge and also the first Tri Polish Tuesday of this month! This month's colours are pink, green and purple. Seeing that mint is a green, I decided to combine one mani for both challenges!

Mint, pink, purple and more mint (and black):

• Catrice - LE Luxury Lacquers - Sand'Sation - C03 Sandhopper
• Catrice - LE Eve In Bloom - C03 Bed of Flowers
• Catrice - LE Eve In Bloom - C02 Floralilac
• Sinful Colors - 947 Mint Apple
• W7 - 28 Black

Two coats of Grasshopper as a base. When this LE came out I did not manage to grab it, the Kruidvats I went to didn't have it anymore. Much to my surprise I found this bottle in a sale grab container in a Kruidvat I rarely go to. I didn't hesitate to take it home with me! It's a mint green with gold shimmer, the texture is very fine.

With a dotting tool and some brushes I created these simple roses using the other colours. I don't do roses that often, so I'm happy they look half decent up close.

I am going to try and keep up with OMD2 and still do the other challenges as well. I think combining two prompts gives a nice challenge on it's own *winks*
